Louth cyclists raise £3,000 for Lincs Air Ambulance and Louth Old Boys FC

FOUR intrepid cyclists have raised more than £3,000 for charity after cycling 600 miles to France.

As reported last week, Pete Goy, Dave Cox, Owen Koslow and Ewan Finlay pedalled from Louth to its twin town of La Ferte Bernard in five days.

The money they have raised will be shared between Lincs Air Ambulance and Louth Old Boys Football Club.

The cyclists arrived in the twin town in time to greet the arrival of the Old Boys who were taking part in the 35th Tournoi International.

Dave Cox said they thanked the Wolds College which gave around £200 directly to Lincs Air Ambulance.
