Louth Police Cadets awarded by Lincolnshire Community and Voluntary Service

Louth Police Volunteer Cadets were praised at this year’s Voluntary Sector Recognition Awards, held by Lincolnshire Community and Voluntary Service.

Canon Stephen Holdaway presented the certificates of recognition to the worthy recipients as part of an evening of celebration at Lincolnshire CVS’s Annual General Meeting.

The recipients received recognition for their work within the local communities across East Lindsey.

Louth Police Volunteer Cadets are a group of youngsters committed to helping the local community to be a safer place to live.

They regularly attend public events and shows, where they give a high profile presence, are committed to raising money for local charities and take part in many intergeneration events.

The group deliver crime initiatives and leaflet drops through their work with the Neighbourhood Policing Teams and form a vital part of the local community.
