Louth Run for Life roll call of honour

THE Louth Run For Life organising committee have thanked everyone who helped at this year’s event, which yet again was a major success and raised £14,000 for Cancer Research UK.

This year there were 247 participants in the junior race, 709 entered the senior ladies 5km race and 185 men took part in the senior mens 5km event.

The organisation for next year’s event is already underway. It will take place on Sunday June 24 2012.

As Louth Run For Life event has grown over the years the organization of the event requires more support. The organizing committee are always looking for new committee members and also volunteers to help on the day.
