A Louth woman is due to appear in court next week to face a charge of possession of an electric stun gun in the town.

Sophie Nixon, 20, of Badminton Way, allegedly had the weapon in her possession ‘without the authority of the Secretary of State’ in Louth on December 10 last year.

Nixon will attend Lincoln Magistrates’ Court on June 13 to face the charge.
