The Mablethorpe Loewen Cinema will be showing the following films in the first week of the new year, running from Friday January 2 to Thursday January 8.

The times listed below are film start times, and doors open 20 minutes beforehand. All adult tickets cost £5.50, and children (under 14s) and OAP tickets cost £4.50. Phone 01507 477040 or visit for further details.

• Sunday January 4 - one day only - from Disney’s all-new animation ‘Big hero 6 (U)

10am (3D) and 2pm (2D), all pay children’s prices.

• Exodus: God and Kings (12A)

Friday to Sunday at 2pm (2D), all pay children’s prices.

Daily 8pm (2D on Friday, Sunday, Monday and Wednesday, and 3D on Saturday, Tuesday and Thursday).

On Monday, Tuesday and Thursday at 2pm, the film will be shown in 2D for just £3.50 including free tea or coffee.

• The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies (12A)

Daily at 5pm, all pay children’s prices.

• Woman in Black 2: Angel of Death (15)

Friday and Saturday at 2.30pm, tickets £4.50.

Daily (5.30pm, tickets £4-50) and 8pm.

Monday to Thursday at 2pm, tickets cost £3.50 including tea or coffee.

• Night at the Museum 3: Secret of the tomb (PG)
