Children and their families are being invited to celebrate the 150th anniversary of Alice in Wonderland at Louth Library.
Aimed at children aged 4-11, the Mad Hatter’s Tea Party will include a range of activities including crafts – all based on the classic Lewis Carroll novel.
Karen Waring, from Louth Library, said: “Alice in Wonderland has inspired so many generations of readers with its magical tale – we couldn’t let its 150th year go uncelebrated.
“With a range of activities and crafts to mark the occasion, our event will have you grinning like the Cheshire Cat!”
The Mad Hatter’s Tea Party will take place at Louth Library from 2pm until 3.15pm on Monday February 16.
Tickets cost £1 each and are available from the library’s reception desk.
Those under the age of 7 must be accompanied by an adult. Fancy dress is optional.
