Man charged with assaulting woman near Mablethorpe sea front


A man in Mablethorpe has been charged with assault and breach of an Anti-Social Behaviour Order.

James Waxman, 34, of Byron Close in Mablethorpe, was charged with assaulting a woman in Mablethorpe on Monday March 24, and three counts of breaching his ASBO.

He was brought before Boston Magistrates on March 27, where he was remanded in custody until he appears at Lincoln Magistrates Court on April 3.

PC Gary Hill, from Skegness CID, would like to hear from anyone who was in the area of High Street and The Strand, Mablethorpe, around 3.45pm on Monday March 24, and who witnessed the incident.
