LOCAL Beavers helped design the look of a new sculptured wildlife viewing area on the coast.
The area has been created at Wolla Bank, near Anderby Creek, by the Coastal Country Park and the Lincolnshire Coastal Grazing Marshes Project.
The viewing area is made from green oak and incorporates cut out images of the wildlife that can be seen from it.
Manby Beaver Group spent an afternoon learning about the importance of the grazing marshes for wildlife and then worked with an artist to create designs which were incorporated into the viewing area.
It is located in a natural hollow in the dunes and overlooks Anderby Marsh which supports species such as barn owlss.
