The Brackenborough Hotel is offering race fans the opportunity to spend an evening in the company of the Louth based Samsung Honda British Superbike and Supersport team.

On Friday September 27, the Brackenborough is joining forces with the team - including the three riders Ryuichi Kiyonari, Alex Lowes and Jason O’Halloran - in the form of a dinner.

Guests will have the opportunity to get ‘up close and personal’ with the riders and the pit crew, and over the course of the evening enjoy a two course dinner and afterwards a question and answer session with the riders hosted by Neil Tuxworth, Honda Racing Team Manager.

There will also be ample time to mingle with the riders, get autographs and photos, and get a real behind-the-scenes glimpse into one of the most successful teams on the grid.

Brackenborough Hotel owner Ashley Lidgard said: “We’ve always had a good relationship with the team, and as they are practically based here on our doorstep, we thought it would be a fantastic idea to host an event for the team’s local fan base.

“We feel this is a really exciting opportunity and helps make the most of what our area has to offer, which is what we always try to do.”

This star studded event is unmissable for any avid race fan, and takes place close to the final event on the BSB race calendar, so there should be a few interesting stories to hear over dinner!

The Samsung Honda team is celebrating one of its strongest MCE Insurance British Superbike Championship performances after its home round at Cadwell Park over the bank holiday weekend when Alex Lowes claimed a double victory in front of a huge crowd.

His favourite race circuit is Cadwell. In 2012 he came 1st in the Asian Road Race Championship.

Alex Lowes was born in 1990 in Lincolnshire.

Jason O’halloran was born in 1987 in Australia.
