North Cockerington man charged with driving while allegedly three times over the limit

A 63-year-old man from North Cockerington has been charged with drink driving after allegedly being more than three times over the drink-drive limit.

Dennis Walters, 63, of School Lane in North Cockerington, was charged with allegedly having 115 microgrammes of alcohol per 100 ml of breath. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes.

Walters was arrested on the Fairfield Industrial Estate shortly before 2pm on Tuesday (September 8).

He is due to appear at Skegness Magistrates’ Court on October 13 to face the charge.
