North Somercotes woman charged in Wayne Jennings manslaughter case

Detectives working on the case of the death of Wayne Jennings have charged a woman with wasting police time.

Karen Worrell, 50, from Conisholme Road in North Somercotes, has been charged with causing the wasteful employment of police and will appear before Skegness Magistrates on August 5.

Worrell is understood to be the mother of Jareth Wadner, who was charged with manslaughter following Wayne Jennings’s death on June 4 this year, following a serious assault three days earlier.

Wadner, 25, of Louth Road in South Somercotes, will next appear at Lincoln Crown Court on September 12.
