Offenders interrupted during Tetney burglary


At 2.45am today (Monday April 20), offenders were disturbed whilst committing a burglary at a property in Church View, Church Lane, Tetney

The home owner was awoken when their house alarm was activated, and they went downstairs to see a person running away from the property. Items which had been stolen from within the house had been left on the front lawn.

PCSO Sally Read, of the Louth Rural Neighbourhood Policing Team, would like to remind residents to ensure that any doors and windows are locked and secured before going to bed, as offenders will look for insecurities where they may be able to gain access.
