Stewton House Nursing Home in Louth is taking part in the National Care Home open day on Friday (June 19) for the third year.
As part of the open day, Stewton House is hosting a medieval-themed day with a variety of activities and entertainment, including a banquet, a ‘birds of prey’ display, craft stalls, and much more.
The home will be opening its doors at 11am, and everybody is welcome to attend.
Karen Archer, manager at the home, said: “This is a great way to show the excellent services on offer and the fantastic work that goes on at Stewton House.
“Some people still have misconceptions about care homes, so we are keen to dispel any myths and for people to come and have a loook around, meet the staff and the residents.
