Young motorbike riders are being offered the opportunity to complement the skills learned during their Compulsory Bike Test (CBT) by attending a ‘Ride Rite’ session in Louth.
The session will be run at LMT Motorcycles, Unit 2 Warwick Road, on the Fairfield Industrial Estate, on Saturday May 16 between 11am and 1pm.
PCSO Dean Warrilow, from Louth Neighbourhood Policing Team, has organised the event in partnership with LMT.
“The emphasis is on safety for young riders,” explained PCSO Warrilow.
“Ride Rite will cover aspects such as the importance of daily maintenance checks and bike security. I will also be talking to the riders about their responsibilities on the road, Section 59 warnings and the consequences of anti-social riding”.
Those who attend will be entered into a free raffle to win a voucher that can be used in the store.
For further information about attending the session, please contact LMT Motorcycles on 01507 602900 or PCSO Warrilow on 07944 776874.
