A proposal for 56 new homes - plus a possible community building, a football pitch, a skate park and allotments - has been granted outline consent from an ELDC case officer this week.
The firm, C.L. Fairburn Properties, has been granted outline consent to build the 56 dwellings on land off Manby Middlegate in Manby.
The development could also include a community building, a football pitch, a skate park and even allotments.
Before any construction work starts, the firm will be required to submit - and have approved by East Lindsey planners - details of the types of properties, their layout and means of access.
The application did not go before the ELDC’s Planning Committee, but was determined by a case officer under delegated powers.
