Race night for Home-Start East Lindsey

A CHARITY Race Night hosted and run by Louth Town and Country Club raised £1,067 for family support charity Home-Start East Lindsey.

Kathryn Laverack, Chair of the charity’s Community Fundraising Committee, said: “We all had a fantastic evening with over 100 people coming along to support us. We will certainly consider doing a similar event in the future.

“We would especially like to thank the Town and Country Club for their excellent running of the evening, Parkinsons for cooking us all delicious fish and chips, our local sports and motor companies: Cycle Mode, Famous Four, Honda Racing, The Tractor Shop, LMT Motorcycles, Premier Paintworx, Louth Volks World, First Clothing UK, Louth Golf Club, Aquavita Health Bar and Louth Tennis Club for their kind contributions that helped made the night such a success.”

“Everyone who supports these events are showing that they recognise the need to give children in our community the best start, and that they support our volunteers.”
