Road repairs will be carried out on the A631 at Kelstern, between Louth and Binbrook, for two days from tomorrow (Thursday, November 27), weather permitting.
During this time there will be temporary traffic signals and a convoy system in place.
The road will also be closed on December 6 and 7 for resurfacing works. A diversion route via A157 and B1225 will be in place.
Dave Chetwynd, Principal Engineer at Lincolnshire County Council, said: “The reconstruction and resurfacing work will involve replacing the existing failed surfacing and lower layers of the carriageway which will ensure smoother journeys for road-users and extend the life of the road.”
