Newbridge Hill in Louth will have a number temporary road closures in place between Monday January 5 and Friday February 13.
The closures will allow for demolition works in the vicinity of the Malt Kiln building by Transport Potential and Aldi Stores Ltd.
A diversion route via Ramsgate, Victoria Road and Keddington Road will be in place during the closures. Access to properties will be available, but there may be some inconvenience during the works.
The closures will be in place as and when required with signage detailing accurate dates and times on display in advance. Arrangements will be made to enable pedestrian access to premises in the affected area while works progress.
Lincolnshire County Council’s Area Highways Manager, Dean Myhill said: “Although these works are being carried out by other parties and not by the county council, we still recognise the importance of giving local people as much notice as possible.
“Due to the type of work being undertaken, and for the safety of both drivers and workers, it’s necessary to close the road while work is carried out.”
