Specialist police search teams searching for missing Market Rasen pensioner Marion Scott are focussing their efforts on Hainton after a reported sighting.
Marion, or Mary, who has Alzheimer’s disease, went missing from her home in Acre Close on December 27.
Insp Simon Outen has again urged residents and property owners in rural areas to check their land and outbuildings for any sign of Mary.
Although Marion suffers from dementia, she is very fit and agile and may appear much younger than her age.
4x4 vehicles, helicopters, planes and boats have all been used. Now specialist teams are continuing to identify likely places of shelter and carrying out dedicated searches.
Marion is described as around 5ft 4in tall, of slight build with short black hair. She was wearing brown cord trousers, grey slip-on shoes and a green top. It is thought she was wearing a pink jacket.
More updates will follow as we get them.
