Male singers are needed for a performance about climate change.
In 2009 Sinfonia Viva commissioned a song cycle from writer Hazel Gould and composer James Redwood to explore issues around climate change and the impact on the environment.
Now East Lindsey District Council is asking for classical male singers to take part in a new version of The Fragile Shell.
Those taking part will join conductor David Lawrence and a Sinfonia Viva accompanist in learning and rehearsing the songs.
Participants will then come together with the full Sinfonia Viva team to rehearse as well as sharing newly created songs.
Singers can meet at either the Trinity Centre, Louth, between 10am to 12.30pm or The Storehouse, Skegness, between 2.30pm to 5pm for the following: creative writing May 4, creative session May 11 and May 18 and choral session June 1.
All singers will then meet for rehearsals at Louth Town Hall on June 16 between 10.30am and 4.30pm and June 29 between 2pm and 5pm before the performance at 7.30pm on June 29 as part of the District-wide SO Festival 2013.
