A Fun Dog Show will take place in the beautiful grounds of South Cockerington’s church on Sunday August 25.
Four legged friends of any shape, size or breed will be very welcome to take part in lots of fun classes with rosettes to sixth place.
As well as watching the dogs competing, there will also be home made refreshments and stalls to browse.
The fun begins at 12noon at St Leonard’s Church, St Leonard’s Lane, South Cockerington. Entry to the show is free with entry to each class costing £1 per dog per class.
Show organiser Janet Pritchard said: “Whether your dog is a cute crossbreed or a perfect pedigree we hope to see you and your four legged friends on the day and enjoy their chance to dazzle the judges. Just bring along yourself, a chair, and of course your lovely dogs for a great day.”

The dog show, now in its seventh year, is being run by Louth & District Dog Club to raise funds for St Leonard’s Church.
