Too much festive indulgence? Want to start your New Year with a health kick?
The Leader is riding to the rescue with a fantastic FREE gym session for every reader in the paper on Wednesday, January 9!
We’ve teamed up with Tranzform Gym, on Louth’s Fairfield Industrial Estate, who are offering a free induction and gym session, as well as a free diet plan.
The new gym only opened in October of 2012, but its traditional approach to fitness has seen its membership shoot up to over 50 already.
Although primarily a bodybuilding gym, Tranzform welcomes people of all ages and abilities, and all shapes and sizes, with cardiovascular machines and weights on hand to suit every need.
Tranzform is unique in the area in its offering of specialised free weight equipment, and its adjoining shop deals in the latest supplements like protein to help give you the look that you want.
And the new Mr Britain, Louth bodybuilder Aaron McCallum, works and trains at the gym full time, and can offer readers a free one-to-one session to help find the right training plan.
Owner Andy Butt, a businessman who moved to the area seven years ago, is encouraging people to go along and give Tranzform a try.
Tranzform offer memberships for just £24 a month, with no contract, and one-off sessions are £3.50.
All you have to do is cut out the coupon printed in the paper and take it along to Tranzform before the end of Tuesday, January 22.
Please note that customers must take a medical check and an induction, which will last around one hour, prior to training.
Tranzform Gym can be found in Tattershall Way and is open 8am to 9pm on weekdays, 9am to 8pm Saturdays and 9am to 6pm Sundays.
Find them on Facebook or call Andy on 07821 478118 to find out more.
