Ever fancied getting up on stage and being in the spotlight?
Then Sutton Theatre Company are appealing for new members to join them.
The amateur drama group is based at Trusthorpe, in close proximity to Mablethorpe and Sutton on Sea.
They have been established since just after the Second World War and the group has staged a play every year since then.
The group always aim to bring quality drama to the local stage, with one of their most memorable performances to mention was their take on ‘Calendar Girls’ last year, with all their dates being sell-out shows.
This year they are finishing off the final flourishes to their next show, ‘Bazaar and Rummage – a comedy with serious undertones, concerning a group of agoraphobic women.
The show will take place on Friday’s, May 20 and 27 and Saturday, May 21 and 27.
The performances start from 7.30pm on each evening at Trusthorpe Village Hall.
