Tetney Blow Wells project

A MAJOR major project to return a Lincolnshire wildlife site to its former glory is due to start later this year.

Anglian Water plans to spend £200,000 on the work at Tetney Blow Wells, removing trees and scrub that are encroaching on the area’s protected wetland habitats.

The Blow Wells are a series of pools, fed from underground springs which constantly bubble up through the chalk that lies beneath the Lincolnshire Wolds.
