Theddlethorpe motorist due in court over death of young motorcyclist

A woman from Theddlethorpe will appear in court next week to face a charge of causing death by careless / inconsiderate driving, following the death of 23-year-old Swaby man Nathan Askew last October.

Katherine Mary Howe, 49, of Harps Bridge Lane, is due to appear at Skegness Magistrates’ Court next week to the face one charge relating to a collision on the A1104 at Well, near Alford, on the morning of October 4 last year.

It is alleged that Howe was driving her Mini Paceman without due care and attention.

Howe will appear in court on Tuesday (April 7).
