Two top motorcyclists from the FS-3 British Superbike Racing Team will be in attendance at a housing development open weekend in Manby on June 2-3.
Former British Supersport Champion Billy McConnell - who is sponsored by property developer and former semi-professional motocross racer, Chris Fairburn - will be at the open weekend, alongside American racer and team mate, James Rispoli.
They will be at the show weekend for the 56-home ‘Manby Fields’ site in Manby Middlegate, developed by C&L Fairburn Properties, which was named as one of the top three developers for quality at last year’s ‘Bricks’ awards, hosted by the Local Authority Building Control (LABC) Warranty.
At the Manby site, Mr Fairburn has also donated a football pitch and a modern pavilion with underfloor heating - worth around £250,000 - to be used by Manby Football Club and the local community.
Mr Fairburn said: “Hopefully lots of people will come along to the show weekend”, and added that he believes demand will be high for the new properties - with a dozen having already sold.
C&L Fairburn Properties is also sponsoring the seven races at Market Rasen - and the Olly Murs concert which is being held at the racecourse of Friday evening.
