THE man injured in Sunday’s A18 road crash remains in a critical condition at Hull Royal Infirmary.
His red Ford Galaxy left the road on a bend at Cadeby around 10.15am on Sunday and collided with trees.
The 39-year-old driver from Ulceby, near Immingham, sustained serious head, chest and pelvic injuries. He was taken directly from the scene to Hull by Air Ambulance and remains in the high dependency unit.
Police confirmed that there were no other cars or people involved in the crash.
The investigating officer is Constable 959 Neil Fellows of the Lincoln Roads Policing Unit. He is appealing for anyone who saw the collision or who may have seen the Ford Galaxy before the crash to contact him via the Lincolnshire Police Collision Witness Hotline on 01522 558855
