Organisers of Louth’s 2013 in Bloom bid have praised the community for its ‘incredible’ support for this year’s entry.
Judges Diane Moore, Robin Allan and Richard Stephen were given a guided tour of Louth on Tuesday, putting Louth’s bid firmly under the microscope.
Louth now has to wait until September to find out if this year’s entry will go one better than last year’s silver gilt award.
Robin Allan, one of the three judges, said he thought Louth was a ‘lovely place with tremendous history’.
Chair of Louth in Bloom, Chris Brook, has thanked the community for its help in putting together this year’s entry.
