Video: New lift at Louth Library

A ‘state of the art’ new lift has been fitted at Louth Library.

It is a welcome move for the people who use the popular Conoco Philips Room on the first floor of the building and who have trouble getting up the stairs.

The library has been without a lift since the old one broke down nine months ago.

The new lift has been supplied by Schindler UK and fitted by JHA Winter & Sons with the project overseen by Mouchel.

Helen Baxter, Site Co-ordinator, was there to see it unveiled.
