EDITOR - I have just been to Tedder Hall, ELDC, Manby, to attend an extraordinary meeting of the Lincolnshire Police and Crime Panel.
I arrived at 12.45pm for the 1pm meeting and signed in as a member of the public, a few more visitors also arrived.
The media were soon escorted upstairs, we waited in the foyer and at 1.05pm I wondered what the hold up was.
At 1.10pm others were wondering the same, just before 1.15pm it was realised that the meeting upstairs was over without interested parties like me being there.
We did go upstairs but were told what had been agreed and the chairman apologised for the slip up.
