“Dear People of Louth, Do you think it is heart-warming to be deprived of having full use of yet more foot paths?
This is by having more tables obstructing the full use of those on foot.
One has to look all over the town where there are placards and cars on the foot path. In some cases, like going to the Co-op in Northgate, one has to use the road thus being in danger of being knocked down.
Do all those who use foot paths for their own end pay for this privilege? Even if the path is 20 feet wide?
I could say more but I will bite my tongue”
