EDITOR – We give our full upport to Trotter’s Traders. They are a local trader giving a needed service to local people.
What is the real problem of location? They are on the edge of the trading estate; is that not the intent of a trading estate, for trading?
Trotter’s have good access and egress and parking facilities. Where can you find that in the town centre?
If the reason for rejection is on the grounds of store location, how can they justify the likes of a national store such as B&Q moving next door?
Is this yet more ELDC red tape? Maybe they should think of what the people want and need.
