EDITOR – It’s all very well Royal Mail ‘talking with their people’ but how about talking to us?

How on earth I’m supposed to get to Alford to collect an undelivered parcel is beyond comprehension.

As to their reasons, I thought, with online shopping today, deliveries had increased not decreased – and if it’s modernisation, move to a modern building in Mablethorpe.
