In the Louth Six-a-Side League, Old Boys remained top of the Louth Leader Premier Division with a points win.

They then played Mark Donner FC, who also collected a points win, in a friendly but lost 4-1. Louth Legends racked up an impressive 9-0 win over struggling BF Pitches, and in the night’s other game, Manby FC defeated #DS9 4-0 to leapfrog them into third place and move within three points of the leaders.

The Louth Leader Championship saw Dragon Men beat in-form Subs 1-0 for their second win in as many weeks.

Leaders Job Centre XI were shocked by a superb second half performance from Tetney Tigers who won 2-0 to go within one point of top spot. Louth All Stars won an entertaining game against Is Your Motherwell, 4-2, despite a rare playing appearance from Peter Goy.

Real SoSoBad grabbed their first win of the season, edging out the Ambulance All Stars 2-1, and only goal difference separates them at the bottom of the table.
