It’s been a winning start to the new season for Horncastle racing driver Jason Tingle and the team at Louth Volks World.
Last year the 26-year-old won the 2014 Dunlop MK2 Golf GTI Championship. In 2015 he is competing in the Production GTI championship, both in the MK2 and Mk5 Golf GTI’s.
There are seven rounds in the season, the first round was at Snetterton in which Jason won both Mk5 races, he also had a second place and a fourth place in each of the Mk2 golf Races.
Jason’s new car used to belong to popular Lincolnshire author Barbara Dickson. She bought from Louth Volks World five years ago and traded it back in for her present car. The team converted it into the race car for the start of this season,
Jason is also flying the flag for Louth Interskill, which provides therapeutic and constructive activities for adults with learning difficulties, by having their name down the side of the car.
