Eight Mablethorpe Running Club members joined the 990 entrants at the popular Woodhall Spa 10k road race on Sunday.
The club had an exceptional day with almost all achieving personal bests, headed by Joseph Rice-Mundy who was 63rd on debut in 40min 06secs, while Helen Rice-Mundy was almost 10 minutes faster than last year.
Other times: 93rd Kev Harrison 41.42; 95 Janine Stones 41.44; 412 Debbie Jinks 51.54 (PB); 737 Andrea Mettam 1hr 00min 39secs (PB); 851 Louise Willey 1.06.43 (PB); 852 Loey Hewson 1.07.17 (debut/PB); 865 Helen Rice-Mundy 1.07.31 (PB).
Matt Bowser (Lincoln Wellington AC) made light work of the course to win in just 30.17, while first female finisher was Natalie Burns (Lincoln Wellington AC) in 36.20.
* Training partners Sharon Wheatley-Margarson and Elaine Wilson returned for the second running of this year’s Croxby Crawl.
They tackled two laps of the tough 4.4-mile undulating course set in the Wolds and, given the difficult terrain, both did very well.
In a field of 99 runners, Elaine finished 78th in a personal best of 1hr 23min 05secs, while Sharon was 12 seconds back in 80th.
The race was won by Nick Martin (Caistor Running Club) in 51min 54secs, and first woman to finish was Rachel Portlock (Wolds Vets) in 1.07.45.
* The club meets at Sherwood Fields, in Mablethorpe, at 6.30pm on Mondays and Thursdays.
