An eight-strong Mablethorpe Running Club group took part in the six-mile road race at the annual Spilsby Show.
The show launched the race back in July 1998 and it has grown into a fully affiliated event which attracted almost 100 entrants this year.
Joseph Rice-Mundy was first Mablethorpe runner home, in 12th place overall, in a time of 42min 01secs, ahead of Nigel Cross who was 22nd in 44.54.
Other times: 45 Debbie Jinks (49.44), 79 Andrea Mettam (1.00.28), 81 Ellie Norman (1.02.55), 90 Diane Holmes (1.08.21), 91 Helen Rice-Mundy (1.08.49), 92 Louise Willey (1.08.49).
The event was won by Simon Saxby (Wolds Vets) in 33.30.
* Mablethorpe RC member Sharon Wheatley-Margarson took part in her first-ever duathlon at Normanby Hall Country Park and persuaded her husband to team up with her for the bike ride.
Of the 118 finishers they were 60th with times of 23min 45secs (5km run), 42.02 (20.5km bike) and 12.04 (2.5km run) for a total finish time of 1hr 17min 51secs.
* The Scunthorpe 10k attracted an impressive 290 finishers, including, for the fourth year in a row, Sharon Wheatley-Margarson and Elaine Wilson.
Both achieved course bests, Sharon finishing 158th in 52min 57secs, and Elaine clocking 54.41 for 178th.
Jordan Skelly (Gainsborough & Morton Striders) won in 33.07.
* Wolds Veteran Runners hosted the second race of the 2015 series of Clickem Inn road races at Swinhope, near Grimsby.
Another warm summer evening did not deter 146 runners, including four Mablethorpe RC ladies.
First back was Janine Stones who finished 33rd overall and second female, in 33min 24secs with Sheryl Hawse just 21 seconds back in 34th.
Sharon Wheatley-Margarson was 101st (17th female) in 40.55, and Elaine Wilson was 110th and 22nd female in 42.25.
Nick Martin (Caistor RC) won in an amazing time of just 26.55.
* The club meets at Mablethorpe Athletics Club on Sherwood Fields at 6.30pm every Monday and Thursday. Everyone welcome.
