County Cricket comes to Louth

Lincolnshire’s representative over 60s cricket team will take on unbeaten Derbyshire on Tuesday June 24 in Louth.

It will be the first representative match at the London Road ground since England Ladies played there last year.

The Lincolnshire team has made its best start ever start to the national league and, like their opponents, are so far undefeated after two convincing away victories. The Lincolnshire team includes several well known local players including prolific batsman Neil Calvert from Alford, wicketkeeper/batsman Edwin Chappel, Captain Keith West and manager Keith Dent.

The match is 45 overs played to normal one day rules and starts at 1.30pm
