Vitality (Exercise for the over 60s) has a new class running at the Methodist Church Hall in Nichol Hill, Louth on Thursdays between 1-2pm and are
looking for new members.
Vitality classes are specifically for men and women over sixty and incorporate physiotherapy based movements into seated and standing exercises set to music.
The exercises aim to improve flexibility, strength, coordination, posture and general wellbeing in a friendly group environment.
Emma Batty who heads up the Vitality Project in Lincolnshire told us: “Vitality is more than just exercise, the weekly classes are a great way to meet new people, build confidence and have fun”.
