• The ongoing ‘Summer Reading Challenge’ at Louth Library includes two mythical story times, which are set up for August 4 and 11 from 11.30am-12noon, with monsters and fairies in mind.

• A coffee morning will take place at St Mary’s in Fotherby on Saturday July 19 from 10am to 11.30am.

All proceeds will go towards ‘Friends of Fraser - Adults with Autism’, which offers support for adults living in the community with autism and learning difficulties.

There will be tea, coffee, biscuits, a raffle, a tombola, and games. Everybody is welcome.

• Louth Duplicate Bridge Club is holding a chairman’s charity bridge day in aid of Louth Hospice on Friday July 18 between 1pm and 1.30pm. Afternoon tea will be served and there will be raffle prizes.
