Maia are a pop folk acoustic quartet from Huddersfield who have a radiant varied sound, stunning harmonies with a brooding sense of adventure, and streaks of pop eccentricity.

Drawing on their love of Folk and Bowie, Maia describes themselves as Sci-Fi folk evangelists.

On Friday, October 17, the band will take the stage at
The Jazz Club in Louth in Queen Street. Doors open at 8pm.

They will be playing tracks from previous releases and songs from their recent 4 track EP “Finite World”.

The concert will also feature as new tracks from their forthcoming Album ‘Lazy Lawns’ due for release Autumn 2015, so expect a pastoral performance and a paranormal paisley sound.
