Drink driver is banned for 40 months
A Gainsborough man has been banned from driving for 40 months after he was caught driving under the influence of alcohol.
Roger Turner, 34, of Dickenson Terrace, Gainsborough, was also fined £120, £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Turner had 72 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. He was also fined £120 for having no insurance.
