Scampton man failed to provide details
A man from Scampton has been fined £660 after he failed to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence.
Richard Chapman, 58, of Suffolk Road, Scampton, was also ordered to pay £66 victim surcharge, £85 costs and his driving licence was endorsed with six points.
